The Power of Prayer

It's a privilege...

Do you ever think about the Creator of the Whole Universe desires a relationship with you?  Prayer is a way to communicate with the one true God, who sent His Son, Jesus,  to die on the cross for our sins.  Jesus, born of a virgin, was the miracle who came to save the world and provide the path to our Heavenly Father, through repentance.  We cannot earn salvation, and it must be received by faith in Jesus.  Prayer is not for God, but for us to acknowledge our sovereign Lord, giving only Him honor, glory and praise... not just in our time of need, but always!  We have the privilege and responsibility as Christians to intercede for our family, friends, country, world, and specifically the LOST.  Click on the link to the right to read "How Prayer Can Make a Difference in Our Government".

If you do not know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, the time is now.

John 3:16 NIV tell us the greatest love story of all time:

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 3:23 NIV

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 6:23 NIV

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 5:8 NIV

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:9-10 NIV

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

Romans 10:13 NIV

for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Romans 5:1-2 NIV

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.

Romans 8:1 NIV

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus!

Heaven is a real place, and so is Hell.  Please accept God's gift of salvation today through Christ Jesus and embrace eternal life!  We live in a world of uncertainty and we are not promised tomorrow, unless you are a child of God.  He will never leave you or forsake you, once your name is written in the Book of Life.

Invite him in your life today, by praying from your heart, believing and proclaiming these truths to seal your place in Heaven!

God, I know that I am a sinner and that the wages of sin is death. I believe that you sent your son, Jesus Christ, as a payment for my sins. I declare that Jesus is my Lord and profess my faith for salvation through the death and resurrection of Jesus. Thank you for your grace, forgiveness, peace, and gift of eternal life. Amen!
